About Siboti Foods (Chilli)
Siboti Foods expects to harvest for export between 700,000kg and 1,000,000kg of fresh green chilli peppers between July 2010 and February 2011. We expect to allow 25% of that volume to turn red and be dried prior to export. The highest standards of farm inputs and quality controls have been deployed, and the chilli will adhere to all EUREPGap and GlobalGAP standards. Siboti Foods and the community of Siboti have ambitious growth plans for 2011, including a large increase in planted acreage and production of additional varieties of chilli pepper.
